Fold Editions
A small press with twelve titles a year and a grid strict enough to make each one feel deliberate.

Fold publishes twelve titles annually across poetry, essay and translation. They needed a house style strong enough to be recognised on a shelf and loose enough to serve very different books.
Twelve books a year
The answer was a strict grid and a single typeface, with all variation pushed to colour and paper. Covers are typographic only — no images, ever.
The constraint is the identity
Because nothing else is allowed to change, the grid itself becomes the recognisable thing. A Fold book is identifiable across a room without a logo being visible.
