Northsea’s operators do not work at desks. The old dashboard was a wall of dense tables designed for a monitor nobody was looking at.

We rebuilt it mobile-first around exceptions. A normal shipment is invisible; the interface only speaks when something needs a decision, and then it says exactly what and by when.
Numbers that hold up outdoors
High contrast, tabular figures, and a type size floor that assumes glare, gloves and one hand. Accessibility here is not a compliance exercise, it is whether the shift runs.
